Pioneer Pointe is putting a new spin on your golf and dining experience. On the former site of Tumbledown Trails, this fiercely original 13-hole par 3 will challenge the accomplished golfer yet offer accessibility to golfers of all skill levels. The course is paired with a 11,382 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse which will accommodate Good Co., a new restaurant experience serving seasonal specials, upscale bar offerings, and trendy décor. Like the course itself, expect a creatively classic atmosphere with a bustling neighborhood feel. Good Co. will feature handmade pastas, pizzas, your quintessential fish fry, and craft bar selections evoking the spirit and culture of Wisconsin.
When it comes to the golf course, the 13 holes may sound unconventional. However, developers Jeff and Kyle Haen are excited to get creative about the game of golf. Kyle’s uncle, Madison local and PGA Professional Jerry Kelly, known for the lucky number 13 on his golf bag, is being credited for the 13-hole plan. Holes range from 100 yards to a 280-yard uphill hole which provide a true test for any golfer willing to take on the daunting task. Creative hole templates ensure no two holes are the same with some echoing the challenges of the famous Pebble Beach and Wisconsin’s own The Golf Courses of Lawsonia.
You can experience the new golf course in September 2021, and Good Co. will open in 2022.
